By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any product from Zero Development, you agree to the following terms.

Refund Policy

• All products sold by Zero Development are digital products.
• Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally considered final.
• Refunds are not guaranteed once a product has been delivered or accessed.
• Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved at our discretion.
• If a product is found to have a major issue that cannot be reasonably resolved, we may provide a refund, replacement, or alternative solution.

License & Ownership

• Purchasing a script grants you a license to use the product.
• You are not purchasing ownership of the script or its source code.
• All intellectual property rights remain the property of Zero Development.

Redistribution & Reselling

• Sharing, leaking, redistributing, reselling, or giving away any purchased product is strictly prohibited.
• Modified versions of our products may not be redistributed without written permission.
• Violations may result in immediate termination of your license and access to our services.

Support

• Support is available to verified customers.
• We will make reasonable efforts to assist with installation issues, bugs, and product-related questions.
• Support may be limited for heavily modified versions of our products.
• Response times may vary depending on workload and availability.

Compatibility

• Customers are responsible for reviewing product requirements before purchasing.
• We cannot guarantee compatibility with every framework, server setup, or third-party resource.
• Conflicts caused by third-party resources do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Updates

• Products may receive updates, improvements, and bug fixes.
• Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.
• Release dates and development plans are subject to change.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• Please contact us before opening a payment dispute.
• Fraudulent or unnecessary chargebacks may result in:
  • Permanent loss of product access
  • Removal from the Discord server
  • Revocation of future support

Community Rules

• Use common sense.
• Treat all members and staff with respect.
• Harassment, discrimination, threats, or excessive toxicity will not be tolerated.
• Do not spam, advertise, or promote unrelated services without permission.
• Do not impersonate staff members or other community members.
• Do not abuse support channels, tickets, or staff members.
• Staff decisions regarding moderation are final.

Liability

• All products are provided "as is".
• Zero Development is not responsible for server downtime, data loss, lost revenue, or damages resulting from misuse of our products.

Changes to These Terms

• These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of our products and services constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these terms.

Agreement

By purchasing or using any Zero Development product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
